This meaningful event provides the community with a dignified way to properly retire worn or unserviceable American flags. The ceremony will be conducted in accordance with traditional protocols and reflects the values of service\, remembrance\, and civic pride. \nSponsored jointly by the Hood River branches of the American Legion\, the Veterans of Foreign Wars\, and the Elks Club\, this event brings the community together in shared respect for our nation’s symbol.
